The guys at this Verizon store were sure friendly and helpful! Especially Steven! I had both of my kids with me and they were running around touching everything but not misbehaving or anything just being kids and the workers were super nice and were talking to my kids and don’t make me feel bad or judged at all. All three of the workers were so helpful and very attentive to all their customers. I noticed especially with the guy who helped me, Steven, was extremely thorough and seemed to already know all his customers even though he just moved here 8 months ago from the South. I could easily relate to him since I have family in the South as well. He made double and triple sure that he was able to find me all the best deals that he possibly could. He said that was his super power and he wasn’t wrong! He found a way to save me a ton of money a year on my bill and was able to bundle some extras together that I was paying for separately to save money as well. He never pressured me or anything he just listened to me to find out what I really needed and I really appreciate the time he took to give me a great experience with upgrading my phone. I highly recommend to come to this Verizon store in Roseburg next to Costco for all your cellular needs!

Steven was awesome. There were some issues getting the right account number from my previous carrier, but Steven kept at it until it was figured out.
He stayed past his leaving time to help me, and he was very nice the entire time.
There should be more people like him.

I went here because I lost my phone. My debit, credit cards, Apple Pay and the likes are unusable. So I spent the whole day working with Red. He is extremely patient with me and patient to check my I.D. like a 100 times. I think it was around 7pm that the transaction was finally over, I can't even pay because I need the phone to pay. Mr. Red waived the fee and I am extraordinarily thankful at a fault. I almost cried out of desperation but Mr. RED assured me that I can finally go home with a phone using a GPS. I am exceedingly indebted to how you handle the situation. Merry Christmas to you and the other lady with the Grinch ugly sweatshirt. Signed up for lowest plan( switching carriers)Got new phones a few overpriced accessories. Asked for receipt and they said printer was broke. Showed me a screen everything looked as agreed so I signed. Get first bill and I'm signed up on highest plan. ( Never in my life would I need that)Call Verizon and they send me a copy submitted by retailer with my signature of course with highest plan, higher phone prices and more accessories then I asked for. Could only lower down one teir or would lose promotion. I screwed for about a thousand bucks. Get a paper copy. If printer is broke walk away you don't need them that bad.
