Very slow moving everytime I come in here, luckily it's my last day. My husband refuses to come here because of his treatment during COVID. Way better places to do my banking.

This Credit union advertises that there Universal all over the United States. I'm so upset they decline my card when I have travel alerts constantly. I travel for work in the country and outside of it. My reservations today were almost canceled because of the constant denied charge. Tons of time on fraud alert, travel notifications and lots of my time. I would not recommend this bank unless you live in Oregon only. They are not convenient and cause lots of stress when traveling.
Very disappointed!!

I am so happy and thankful that I could open a new Rep Payee checking account via text and e-mail. Sara made the whole process painless and was so helpful and good at answering my questions. Not having to go to a branch or over the phone was nice as my mom has dementia so I'm on mom duty during the day so phone calls and going to a branch aren't really options for me. So very thankful InRoads makes things more convenient. Thank you guys!

I am very satisfied for the excellent customer service provided to me regarding my financial and borrowing needs. I would like to say thank you so much especially to Tristyn as she has been so helpful in assisting me. I am glad this is my very first bank since I get to US from 2013 to now.

My last experience at InRoads Credit Union was very pleasant. The team member who assisted me was extremely courteous and polite. While answering my questions and making my transactions easy and informative. I really appreciate the help I received on my last visit and most if not all prior visits to my local InRoads branch. Your team members are always concerned with answering any questions I may have. And go above and beyond to ensure that all my banking needs are met with each visit. I never cringe or dread having to make a trip to the bank while banking at InRoads. And I always leave with a smile from how good I've been treated by your well informed, polite, and helpful staff members..

Worst credit Union ever! Don’t deposit your check in the atm before 2 pm they’ll be held for 2 or 3 days and when you call them Jenna will escalate you to having her hang up on you .. every payroll check that gets deposited is held for 3 days after my payday. Cancel your membership now you should see my post on Candice Owen thread on Facebook , Instagram and tic Tok. And she womt be the only one I post to. Over $500. Being on hold. Shame on you In Roads. Got to get her word out!
