20259 Main St NE, St Paul“I've banked with First Federal for about 10 years. Always smiling faces, wheel chair accessible desk, friendly bankers, good advice on your banking needs and always fresh coffee and free pens with a stylus!”
“Staff are very friendly and conscientious. They are very very well informed on dealing with just about any issue you may come up with. Most of the time they recognize you an address you by name differently the smart, I feel safe when I go into the bank to deal with money matters I know that I am going to get the information that I need explained clearly and very precise. Love this credit Union in with them now five years no regrets.”

Countless calls back and forth to different departments and at the end of the day she resolved it all while working around my schedule and with a smile on her face. The world needs more people like her!”
“Just moved to Woodburn, set up a new account with this branch, had the teller help me with a bill pay issue. The account manager and teller were very helpfull, friendly, and prompt.”
“Rivermark Community Credit Union provides these neat Video Kiosks to be able to offer extended business hours. You have access to a live employee by video during hours M-F 8am-8pm and Sat 10am-6pm. Outside of those hours you can use the Walk-In ATM as a regular ATM. It's a secure entrance, using your debit card to get in and it's completely enclosed. There's no branch here, but the Kiosk ATM works great, and you can do probably about anything that you could do at a regular branch during the hours when a live employee is available by video. I highly recommend Rivermark Community Credit Union not just for this great technology, but also for their 2% interest checking. It's hard to beat that!”

3500 Portland Rd, Newberg“I find this bank to be friendly and helpful. They recognize me when I come in and I recognize them i.e. the employees tend to stay there and not 'turn over' every 6 months. And Friday is cookie day. Or at least used to be before the flu from China visited us. I've been a customer for 15 years and definitely recommend this bank .”
“I was concerned when I opened an account with such a big name bank that it wouldn't be as personal or friendly. I have never been treated better by a finacial institution. I love the staff here. It's a small town feel and everyone is always friendly even when they are super busy! I'm so glad I bank here! Thank you!”
