The staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Today is not the first day I have had a fantastic experience there, but it’s the first review. Today I brought in some pictures of a problem I had and the staff suggested a fix to try that didn’t require me to purchase anything. And it fixed the issue. I won’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely do not recommend this store. Racial profiling, maybe? I am Hispanic. Not sure. But I came to return a smoke detector that does not work (a dud) and a carbon monoxide detector that was not fit for us but unopened. The attitude started from the beginning and then got worse when they accused me of switching the smoke detectors when returning them. They eventually refunded me after they realized they had the same model. I told them I’m confused, and then when I was leaving the store Matt the manager, was super rude saying that it was best if I left. I gave them nothing to treat me the way they did., and they just lost me and my honey as a customer. Was I upset, of course I was. You just accused me of stealing. All I wanted to do was leave the store after being treated that way.

Everyone here is helpful AND knowledgeable. Shout-out to Ann Marie for always going above and beyond.
Prices are higher than their competitors for most items, but what you get in terms of legitimate help and knowledge from the people who work here is worth the cost.

Ace beats the big stores hands down. People are friendly and knowledgeable- garden area has a great selection and this location has every bolt and nut you’d need.

Hard to find hardware, huge inventory of individual screws for cars, doors, gates, stainless, Steele etc etc!!! 9/2025 Most recent my AC went down thought it might be a capacitor, Ace had 2 shelves, same brand I bought from an actual HV/AC Distributor years ago. Took 15 minutes to replace!! Ace is the Place
