South Salem Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated part of the community, committed to being "the Helpful Place." The staff consistently go above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They offer personal service and legitimate help, often providing fixes without a purchase. Customers report fantastic experiences and note the store has a great garden selection and every bolt and nut needed. While some prices are higher than competitors, the exceptional service and convenience are considered worth the cost. The store provides a convenient, easy shopping experience with quality products, beating the big stores hands down for those who want humanity with their purchase.

If they don't have it, they'll try to get it for you. Always a smile and a hi! as you enter the door. Help to the car if you need it. They also deliver.
