“I was referred to traditional Auto Body, I called and told them the nightmare that took place at Kameleon Collision Center in Dallas Oregon, the auto repair shop who had my truck for almost 5 months and gave it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off...., I drove to Traditional Auto Body, met John and explained that the owner of Kameleon herself who assured me my truck would be done right... But over the next several months I was continuously told, (when I was lucky to get ahold of anyone) it would be finished soon.....I never received any paperwork and was denied paperwork when I continued to stop by and ask for it... I was continuously told that they were waiting on parts which I later found out that is what they tell their customers,
I was later contacted by the other party's insurance company, who told me I needed to return the rental vehicle and my truck was done.... I explained to John that when I showed up to pick up my truck at the other location I immediately noticed the entire bumper was not secured; loose trim around the wheel wells; the Tonto cover over the bed of the truck one side no longer latched; the assembly for the rearview mirror which was equipped with a red and blue light that didn't turn off was hanging loose and wire exposed; my lights behind my speedometer no longer worked; my gas gauge randomly went to empty and back and forth; they had removed cameras and things that they found that they said I didn't need was sitting in the back seat; the paint job that they did looked like garbage, I just didn't understand what was happening because this made no sense,,,,,,, but John from traditional decided to accept it, he said he would make all the contacts, he knew people at the other insurance company which he did, he got me all the things I needed fixed on the truck; plus they also located at Major brake in the core part of the bumper assembly that could have put us in Greater danger if we were in another accident, he gave me a printout of what to expect in prices and when he would update me as he did regularly he explained that they would be sending the vehicle to a second shop for electrical and follow through with not only what he said but all the additions that they were able to have the other insurance company cover because that was the right thing to do...
I will always recommend traditional Auto Body to anybody and everybody I know John and his crew saved us went far beyond what I expected or believed to be possible I'm not a person that leaves bad reviews but I actually left a four-page detailed explanation of what the other repair shop Kamameleon did and the liability, danger they put my family in which I can no longer find on the website.
..so hats off to the Team at West Salem Traditional Auto Body, you guys are the real deal... truck looks great, drives better than before.......,”

“I was rear-ended recently and took my highlander into Main/Lovegrove for repairs. They've worked on cars in the past for us and did a nice job. My car didn't look too bad on the surface, but once they got in there, there was a bit of damage to the back bumper, undercarriage and exhaust system. They did a nice job on the repair (the car did need to go back once for a quick adustment to the fitting on the back panel, which was done within hours) and I got regular calls and texts from my rep Eric as they worked through the insurance claim and repair process. “I recently had my windshield replaced only for a month later to get a rock chip. Marissa at the front desk so kindly got me in quickly on a Friday evening before they closed. Wesley fixed my rock chip and did so taking care of the recent tint job that had been done. Wesley went above and beyond and at the end of his day and week. They were so kind, professional, and saved my windshield from the chip becoming worse: Wesley’s work from replacing my entire windshield to now repairing a rock chip is always impeccable. I highly recommend him and Capitol Collision.”
