From the several employees I dealt with, everyone was very accommodating and explained what the process was in addition to keeping me updated four times while they had my car about the next step and the estimated completion date. They even arranged with the rental car company for the rental to be dropped off and picked up there at Traditional so I didn't have to make an extra trip.

I fully appreciated their efforts and they delivered my detailed car to me so very clean inside and out. There was one small issue I noticed with a wheel after I took delivery on it. So I called them and they contacted my insurance company and arranged for a new wheel to be ordered and said my insurance company will take care of it.
