Costco Optical provides a great experience with very helpful and professional staff. Customers report feeling comfortable and impressed by the expertise, technique, and patience of the technicians, who ensure glasses fit perfectly, even with complicated fittings like bifocals. The staff is knowledgeable about frame manufacturers. Employees are friendly, not pushy, and provide excellent customer service, even when busy. Help is offered for repairs, such as fixing broken frames with new screws and pads, often at no charge. The front desk is very helpful in facilitating prompt appointments, sometimes due to cancellations, allowing for quick service like receiving contact lenses in under an hour. Overall, customers are completely satisfied, impressed, and grateful for the perfect experience.
I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. I’ve been here several times and every time they work as fast as they can and still do an excellent job. Vision, glasses and contacts have always been easy, fast and honest. Thank you!!

I went in with broken frames and the woman who was working was so helpful! She not only put a new screw in, she put new pads and got them all tightened up for me with no charge. I was so grateful for her and the time she spent helping me see again!
