“The customer service is top notch!! From the managers, Issac & Itsy, to all the employees, everyone I came across was helpful and friendly. Itsy educated me on products & Issac fixed a lamp I was interested in.
The products, on the other hand, were a hit an' miss. Some products were high quality, yet others were not.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Salem's Homegoods.”

“Clasic place to shop, you always has someone to help you, big store with a lot of selections is the biggest store in Salem. Macy's is a clasic old fashion store, I love the promotions and the last minute deals. Christmas credit card deals are the best easy to return or exchange also offer pickups. Don't forget ask for the makeup special discounts in mothers and fathers day”
“I love getting such great deals on stuff that I otherwise wouldn't be able to afford, or I wouldn't be able to get as many things. Besides clothes, I like to get bedding, house decor, organizing things, kitchen tools & pans, picture frames, etc.”
“Updated my rating to 4/5 now that they have self serve pumps and it doesn't take a million years to get gas. They usually only had a few attendants to service the entire place which was not enough and used to take forever to get in and out.”
“I wish they had more of a selection in their health & beauty of products that can no longer be found at regular retail stores. Ever since COVID their stock supply has been way down. On the plus side, I am glad that Big Lots! Is still here & their customer service shines brightly! Cute summer decor & neat furniture too!”

“One thing I like about Ross is that you never know what you might find here. It's a hit and miss. So sometimes you might find exactly what you were looking for, and other times you may find something else on your list you weren't expecting to pop up....it keeps you coming back for more.Also, their home goods selection isn't bad for the size of the store... I like finding well-priced useful things for my house.”

“Well I found this bakery in good shape and very much clean, certainly appealing to the eye as the donuts had perfectly nice round holes, the cup cakes were xxxtremely tantalizing and really all was very, very good! Until I get around to the beautiful and fabulous Barbarian Creams... This was just 2 much to handle all that luscious Boston cream pie oozing out every where sweet,thick and delicious beautiful dark chocolate donut All but made me go *""* well I'm sure you get it by now... right .. eat rite now and above all just " KEEP IT CASUAL" By 4 now until next time. . chow”

“Great deals on clothing and such. Clothing (only have looked at babies and kids). I found a great butterfly windchime that I had been looking for. Great deal.
What I don't like is how the clothing for adults is placed on racks. One item could be found in one section and the same one maybe could be in another section, under a different size.
A lot of stuff and a lot of deals I will say.”
“I order all of my purchases through drive up and Cole is exceptional at being so thorough and friendly. Superb customer service every time which makes it comfy and easy going. “This is the main Walmart I go to if I want to get in and out without any fuss. Self checkouts are always open, they always have cashiers working, and their stock online is generally accurate. I also love their pickup area much more than the other two Walmarts in Salem. It’s makes it a much more pleasant experience for both the employees and customers.”
