I spoke with Heather on the phone to discuss the process for our new home’s propane needs. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with! I appreciate that so much. Ferrell has an automated line that makes it very difficult to share delivery instructions such as the all important dispatch / delivery date.Delivery peeps are good folks, drivers are friendly & careful.

The driver was very nice, and did a good job filling my tanks.My only problem was getting through to a human in the phone system.
