“My husband and I are building back 6 years after the wildfires deviated our property. We are not money strong at this point so hiring a gas company to do an install was well out of our comfort zone. We called multiple gas companies but Blue Star came right away. Doug, whom we met first was amazing! He came out, saw what we had, and didn’t have, and gave us incredible guidance. He talked us through a few things that we could do to save money. He ordered materials for us and talked us through the mainline install. When we went to pick up the materials we met Carlos, Joel, and Spencer all who took time to walk us through our install. Using props they had on the lobby they gave us great tips and made us feel confident. During a second phase install (under floor gas piping) we had the opportunity to meet Mike and Ronnie who were absolutely wonderful! They were punctual, friendly and so knowledgeable about their trade. Doug even came out during their install to make sure we were taken care of. Hands down we feel so grateful for everyone we have met at Blue Star! We have been through so much with the wildfires and so hesitant about this build but having met all of them, in their different roles and experiences has given us a moment of peace. Thank you for all your help, knowledge, professionalism, expertise and kindness! You have no idea what it has meant to us!”

“Renting UHAUL online was easy. I was able to take the vehicle that I rented an hour and a half earlier. I dropped it off right on time as planned, which was after hours, The drop off procedure was a little bit confusing. I do have questions, about refunding some items I did not use, 4 stars”

“I rented a trailer from U-Haul so I could bring home my new Dune Buggy project. I did not experience anything that needed improvement. Both the gentleman that helped me get the trailer and the gentleman who unhooked the trailer were great! Nice. Professional. Helpful. I will recommend this location to all of my car buddies who need to rent a trailer. The entire process, from on-line check-in to returning the trailer was quick and efficient. Thanks U-Haul!”

“I work with Gagles heating and our forklift ran out of propane. I went to 2 gas stations and they wouldn’t fill it because it hasn’t been Recertified this year. We thought it was going to take weeks. I came down to Ferrallgas originally the gentleman said he could have it done tomorrow. I stressed how we needed it done today or we were going to have to buy a new one (as our forklift died at a horrible spot) he got it done quick and put everything else to the side. Even filled the tank after! Much appreciated. Thank you Andy! -Greg from Gagles-”
