They strive to keep my account secure and I benefited from the expertise I sought. I'm glad to have a branch of such a reliable and strong equity firm here, so I no longer have to drive to Portland. On one occasion, I tried to contact someone at the Portland branch. I asked if there was a branch in Salem, and they avoided answering, implying there wasn't one. I actually believed them, thinking there really wasn't one. They were concealing information from a client, which is extremely unacceptable behavior. They probably didn't want to make it easier for me to contact them at a branch closer to home. That's terrible; they want results but don't want to provide convenience to a client who lives far from Portland, about an hour and a half's drive away, when they have a branch here. I learned about this branch because someone told me there was one in Salem, and my lawyer agreed that it was convenient for us to conduct our business here because it's easier to contact them and get assistance.
