Absolutely unacceptable behavior from their incompetent staff. The only female I saw was the only competent person I dealt with. These people are lazy, slow, and indifferent to your troubles. I brought my car in because something is definitely broken, but they say they couldn't find it. Unfreakinbelievable! I know what it is and I'm not a mechanic! I told them what it is and they said they still can't find it and that I'm just gonna have to deal with the noise until it breaks. I told them that's putting my family in danger and they didn't care at all. They just did the robotic corporate thing and dismissed me. If I could post a video here, I would, and you would be as outraged as I am right now! This manager should be fired and the staff should go through some skills tests to prove they can actually do automotive repair work with professionalism and proper technique. I don't think they're qualified as mechanics and I don't think the managers are qualified to run a business. Anyone who takes their car here is probably going to be treated the same, so I recommend you avoid this troublesome business and find your solutions elsewhere. There is nothing here for you except pain and regret. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Kayla is the MOST patient manager I have EVER met. She went ABOVE and BEYOND and was AMAZING. She sat on hold on the phone for 2 hours with my aftermarket warranty company and STILL assisted customers. I HIGHLY recommend get and get team for ANY repairs you need done. They will go the extra mile to make sure they take care of you every time no matter what!!!!
She put forth a TREMENDOUS amount of effort to assist me in getting my repairs covered and I even ended frustrated too but she kept her cool under pressure and kept a smile on her face the whole time.
The fine print in my service warranty contract takes advantage of the consumer and the repair shops and then the service warranty company wants to wonder why repair shops DON'T want to accept aftermarket extended warranties. The headache that I have and I'm certain Kayla has after 4 HOURS is exactly why. North Bakersfield Toyota in CA sold me this crappy warranty (which I'm in the process of addressing right now), but it has definitely changed my opinion of Toyota as a whole.

These guys kept my car for 4 days only to tell me they couldn’t diagnose it. At All! These people pick and choose who they want to give good service to, it’s obvious in the comments. Just don’t go here avoid this place. These are not trustworthy people. And the lady at the front desk is is extremely unpleasant

Made an appointment for the next day got the email saying they got the reservation but no confirmation no email or call saying that my scheduled time would not work. When I called about it the manager said she sent a email at 6am checked all my inboxes only email is the first one I got about my appointment. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she’s on lunch expecting to be back in 30 mins don’t receive a call back an hr and 30 mins later. For her to only say she sent an email after searching every inbox I have to only find the original one saying that they got it. She says oh let me send it again well it’s already too late. I had scheduled my day around this appointment for them to just cancel on me after driving all the way down there. When you schedule an appointment it says on their site if the times doesn’t work we will reach out to directly by call which they never did and when I spoke to the manager she didn’t call anyone today about their appointments
