I drove an hour for an appointment at a different tire shop and was not satisfied with the tire quality.. So I just stopped in- did not even buy tires and made that a clear possibility from the beginning of our conversation. I have only ever had good experiences from this Les Schwab location. All of the staff are always so friendly, reliable, helpful and honest--I can't imagine going anywhere else. I'm so grateful for all of their help!

Absolute lifesavers at this location. I got a flat tire after business hours and dropped my car off. They had all tires replaced by 10AM the next day. Total-$850. Comparable to Costco but more convenient!

Angie and Damon (I hope I got the names right, sorry if not) were very helpful! They were able to cancel a special order I had on a set of wheels and get me a refund. The card reader machine kept declining the refund for some reason and it took 45 minutes but they were able to get a check in the mail to be for a full refund and I appreciated their help.

Top notch service! I had a nail in my tire causing it to go flat. AAA put on spare. When I arrived at the north Salem Les Schwab, I was greeted and checked in promptly. Was told I could wait while it was be fixed-would be around a 90 minute wait. It only took 45 minutes. My spare was put back! Problem solved and it was no charge! Amazing. I am so grateful to trust this location. I will be back when I need new tires! Thank you. Great service
