I know they were busy but as far as I knew it was just checking air in the tires it was a bit of a long wait, but when they got to my car it was fast and I did need a nail taken out and tire patch. So taking 1 star off because they could have told me it was a 20 to 30 minute wait.

Two new tires installed, but no new valve stems installed. Next day flat tire. Could not make it back to les schwab to correct the issue . Just made it back and they were amazing. Customer service with my situation was stellar!!

Jesus really helped me out. I had my tires rotated a few months ago and I couldn't get the back tires off. He helped me loosen the lug nuts so I could change my brakes. No charge, just did it because they could. Thank you Jesus!
