“Chance Jacobs from The Salem store is a true gentleman. He was quick to welcome me into the store and immediately asked me what my goals are on a new mattress. He was very professional, and knowledgeable of the mattresses that I was interested in. And maybe more. He told me the difference between the mattress fillers and what would work best for a person‘s body. I wind up buying a Beautyrest plush top Black maytress and was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t a hard sale. I went away extremely happy and even more so that it would be delivered in a couple days when I was available. I’m excited to sleep on my new mattress.”

“I was recommended to check out this place by a coworker. One of the best decisions I ever made. My husband and I got a queen sized bed, mattress protector, box spring, and a couch, all for less than the price of a queen sized mattress from a larger mattress store. The bed is comfortable, and roomy, and the couch is durable, lounge-worthy, and so useful with its built in plug-ins for chargers and cupholders.
The owner inside is funny, chill, and has a perfect fun atmosphere that comes right into the sales pitch — but don't think it'll be your usual sales pitch! No pressure, no pushiness, just realistic expectations and listening to what we needed and wanted. He didn't even mention the couches until I pointed them out!
If you're in need of an upgrade, moving into your own place, like us, or adding someone to the home, 100% recommend checking out the store. Plenty of good selections at affordable prices. We'll be coming back when we need a new bed to replace the old one!”

“Great experience! I recently purchased a new mattress and while I hope it lasts for many years, I will absolutely return to BedMart if I need another bed. Hugo was professional and patiently answered my questions. I was confident with my choice, but after about a week I decided my new mattress was a little too firm. I returned today and received the same great customer service. Hugo and his colleague were kind and even tried clear the snow and ice by my car while I paid. I highly recommend this store and look forward to my replacement mattress tomorrow.”

Not gonna lie, customer service messed up big time, they cancelled my order and almost made me lose a big discount I got when I first purchased the bed. But Ali completely stepped up, took ownership, and helped me through every step to fix the issue. Even though the store itself hadn’t made any mistake, he still made it right, calling his higher-ups to make sure I got my discount back. ??
After a bit of waiting for delivery, I can honestly say it was worth it, I’m going to sleep amazing tonight in my new bed! ? And a big shoutout to the delivery team too, they were super friendly and helpful.
