“I placed a pick up order and went inside for a few things. I really like this Safeway. It's a decent sized store without being huge or overwhelming. The employees I interacted with were nice and helpful. Even in the produce section with 3 people working I walked around freely checking out the fruits and veges and I didn't get any of that 'you're in my way' vibe which is so so nice. The fruits and veges looked amazing by the way. It was my first visit to this Safeway and I will returning for all the above reasons and because it's relatively close to my house.”
“I went here to get some vaccines and I needed to pay out of pocket. The tech that helped me was Julian and he was very patient and tried to get me some coupons to help me save some money, which I didn’t know there was coupons for this stuff. My case was a bit unusual so I had a lot of questions and he made sure to ask and double check things when he wasn’t sure. Stellar customer service and hope he gets some recognition for his work. Will always go to a Walgreens pharmacy from now on.”
“Honestly, this is the best Pharmacy we’ve ever had. I’ve been a customer with them for over 10 years. Their customer service is excellent. Connie frequently goes above and beyond. But honestly, all the employees are wonderful, patient, and kind. My husband always picks up my pills and they know him and who he’s picking up meds for before he even tells them. We appreciate them so much and we continue to use them despite moving to West Salem 9 yrs ago. We briefly tried both Safeway and Walgreens pharmacies in West Salem, but always went back to this Walmart pharmacy.”

“Samples as far as the eye can see.... Tip: try and go during the week before they close, less lines and not the weekend crowd. You know what to expect from Costco, great deals, lines, samples, samples and samples. Muffins to be shared with coworkers or just enough for a long work trip. They have aisle and aisle of deals whether you want food or clothes. Good luck trying not to spend over $100 on each trip. I spent $40 (will power).”

“Well I found this bakery in good shape and very much clean, certainly appealing to the eye as the donuts had perfectly nice round holes, the cup cakes were xxxtremely tantalizing and really all was very, very good! Until I get around to the beautiful and fabulous Barbarian Creams... This was just 2 much to handle all that luscious Boston cream pie oozing out every where sweet,thick and delicious beautiful dark chocolate donut All but made me go *""* well I'm sure you get it by now... right .. eat rite now and above all just " KEEP IT CASUAL" By 4 now until next time. . chow”
“Recently visited Walgreens in Salem, Sunnyview and Fairgrounds Rd to buy Cheetos. Patty rang me up, and she was totally cool, so I'll put up a good review for her, and for Walgreens for employing her. I've never had an issue at this store, it's convenient, staff is da bomb, and I'd recommend it to anyone.”
“Excellent Pharmacy. Top two people there are Dr Matthew and Dr Kelly. They are so thourough and knowledgeable. They fix every problem I've had. They've always taken care of any prescription issues I've had really quickly and have called the Dr to change a medication that would have been very bad for me. I feel safe in the hands of them. There are a couple of people who aren't my favorite, a lady with light brownish blonde hair in late 40's early 50's and a newer pharmacist who is quite rude and really inappropriate in how she talks to other employees in the presence of customers. But for me I just don't deal with her and everything goes wonderfully. Thank you guys for all the work you put out for your customers and doing it so kindly and well.”
“I switched to Walgreens years ago because other pharmacies were absolute trash. But today made me a lifelong customer. I've been having a rough couple months since I lost my job, and today was no exception. The price of my prescription went up and I didn't have enough to cover the additional cost. Yvonne was such an angel helping me find discounts and coupons today! Words cannot describe how much I appreciate her for helping me and making sure I was okay before I left. She is an angel!”
