Salem Saturday Market offers a wide variety of booths and stands with typical street fair goods, live music, food trucks, and plenty of parking in the lot across the street. Vendors include Scratch made meats, which has the best sausages, and a chicken parm. The market features fresh fruit and vegetables, organic fresh farm locally grown produce, fresh cut flowers, eggs, and many local products. It is pet friendly, though not all people are pet friendly. Visitors enjoy morning walks with friends and dogs, and the vibe is comfortable. Though this year had fewer vendors and limited fruit and vegetable selection, the market remains a favorite for its incredible selection and great prices.
