I’ve been coming to sleep number for some years now. I’ve bought several sheet sets and have always been told that you can exchange them for ANY rip or tear for up to one year after purchase. Today I tried to exchange my sheets that I had purchased over the summer. When I came in and said that my dog had accidentally torn the sheets with his nail while he got the zoomies, I was told “the warranty doesn’t cover that” and had to purchase another set. Mind you, I’ve exchanged my sheets before for this exact reason! I will probably just buy cheap sheets from now on and buy corner holders. The fact that I pay over $200 for one set of sheets and am told that I can exchange for ANY rip or tear than am denied because I said what the reason was, is ridiculous. It shouldn’t matter the reason if the rip or tear occurs within in the first year, like I was originally told!

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ali (store manager) and Alex (sales representative) for going above and beyond to help me get the best bed I could’ve imagined! 🛏️
Not gonna lie, customer service messed up big time, they cancelled my order and almost made me lose a big discount I got when I first purchased the bed. But Ali completely stepped up, took ownership, and helped me through every step to fix the issue. Even though the store itself hadn’t made any mistake, he still made it right, calling his higher-ups to make sure I got my discount back. 🙌🏽
After a bit of waiting for delivery, I can honestly say it was worth it, I’m going to sleep amazing tonight in my new bed! 😴 And a big shoutout to the delivery team too, they were super friendly and helpful.
Overall, 10/10 experience thanks to Ali and Alex! Would definitely recommend this location! 👏

Sleep number Bridgeport did an excellent job helping us select our bed and adjusting our purchase when we decided to upgrade. KC, Chris and Bob are all extremely helpful, excellent listeners, and are customer focused. They provided us with a great experience. This is the store you need to visit if you are looking for a premium mattress and knowledgable salespeople who go above and beyond what is expected. Not only do they have an excellent product, but they really care about the customer which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for all the extra effort. We appreciate you and will be telling our friends!

We came into Mattress Firm today and Jim was an absolute gem. He helped us out from the moment we got there until the end, while providing joy and laughs along the way. We are so happy to have met Jim and so thankful our mom is going to have the best bed she deserves. I recommend anyone who is in need of a great bed, experience, and laughter to go here! What threw me off was mandatory delivery which is additional $250 which is nowhere stated before driving 30 minutes each way to just check out the beds. I ended up going to mattress world in Albany and they helped me out purchase a purple bed

if I could , I would give this company a ZERO, was pretty much torn that I would have to pay my total in cash or finance for the full amount. So we went with financing. My mattress was $900, they set up the payment dates never once did I miss a payment, they ended up pulling $1987.66 from my account!!!! They set people up to get ripped off. I suggest if you don't have extra money to throw in the garbage do not buy from this place it is a scheme to rip you off and top it off. The mattress is not even good. It sucks!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Sleep Number Store, and I must say, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist.Ali at the Sleep Number Store promptly attended to my needs, ensuring that all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. His knowledge and expertise were highly impressive. I came in to order a replacement remote, which he patiently and courteously ordering for me. As I looked around I asked questions about the display of pillows. Ali guided me through the wide range of sleep pillows options, allowed me to sample the displays before I purchased the one that suited me. He also, explained the features and benefits of each product with detail and clarity.In addition, I was so impressed with Ali's recommendation of my particular pillow because I had such a good sleep, that I decided to return to the Sleep Number Store the following week. I purchased an additional pillow to take with me on my business trips when I stay in hotels. Ali's expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping me find the perfect pillow for my need.What truly set this experience apart was his friendliness and professionalism. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer throughout my visit. The courteous and patient approach made me feel at ease, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Horrible Experience. Would wake up with a sore back and neck no matter what number I used. Wasn't told from the get go that you had to have 2.4ghz internet or their smart bed wont work. After sleeping on the bed and trying to use responsive air and would wake up sleeping on the box spring. Called customer service to return it within the hundred days and im being charged for them to come pick up their trash mattress. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

We just had an amazing experience at Sleep Number on Commercial Street in Salem, Oregon. The sales person, Ali, was very helpful and professional in his expertise. He was very thorough in relaying the difference between each bed model and helped us try out different models to see which worked best for us and our needs. We have yet to receive the bed but we feel confident that it's going to work for both my husband and myself. I will edit this review later when receive and sleep on the bed.

Took 2 months to get the bed, but the wait was worth it. My wife and I sleep better then we have in years. The sales rep was great.
