“AE Towing sent Raul to pick my car up as part of a progressive roadside claim when I tire the sidewall out of a tire accidentally... Raul was patient, and extremely courteous allowing me time to wait in the car while a friend came to pick up. He had my car.loaded and dropped,off to the local tire place in less than 30 min, and that wa after it only took AE Towing around 20 minutes to get him on location after I requested assistance with progressive!
