This branch is in a heavily trafficked area yet it has only a few employees. The wait time is ALWAYS so long, and it's always so hot in there, which makes the wait worse.

I dont really appreciate the customer service I have received here. A little condescending and rude. I am told one thing by the call center (which is true) and told incorrect information by the tellers. I recently opened up my account here and it has not been great.
