Second time I have a problem here! At this point it's not a "Human error" it's more like they need to train their workers better especially the younger girl. Manager needs better customer service skills. If you get frustrated when a customer wants to solve an issue, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU!!! DO BETTER

Lied to me saying my credit is messed up for the next 5-10 years?? and the issue was for a debit card that has nothing to do with my credit!! Why do they lie just to get us out quicker??

The most stupidly slow bank. Hire more staff already, people don’t have hours to stand in line, just to make a withdrawal.
