Came into the 3485 commercial Street branch 2 minutes before closing. Ashley went out of her way to accommodate me and to go through all options that she had at her disposal to try and get my needs taken care of and she did I appreciate it thank you Ashley

This branch is in a heavily trafficked area yet it has only a few employees. The wait time is ALWAYS so long, and it's always so hot in there, which makes the wait worse.

I dont really appreciate the customer service I have received here. A little condescending and rude. I am told one thing by the call center (which is true) and told incorrect information by the tellers. I recently opened up my account here and it has not been great.
