It's Saturday. Standing in line at the Center St bank. I have been here for 15 min!!!!! There are a total of 18 of us in the line.
2 tellers, no one at the drive through. So one teller has to run back and forth from her window to the drive through. Is a weekend so there is no air conditioning on. It's 89* outside. What the hell.....

I had to go here for my job to break change. I walked up to the door of the bank for it to be locked. I then in my head go at least the drive thru is open I then wait in that like for 10-15 minutes. I get at the window to be rudely told they can't do change orders using the drive thru. I explain how I went to go inside and door was locked. She still tells me I have to go inside. I drive around watch her unlock the door. I didn't realize they had two sets of doors because I was unfamiliar with the bank I will say. Lady never says anything to me then I have to wait another 5-10 minutes to finally get the change order done. Only redeeming factor was everyone else that worked there especially the lady that helped me seemed super helpful. Would not come back here if my job didn't use them to bank.

Well dang, I was going to move all my accounts to this branch (because it's close to my house) and just bank here but the reviews are horrible and I can see them all being true but I've never really delt with the staff inside. Once I had a beautiful lady teller work with me and she was nice.

Lied to me saying my credit is messed up for the next 5-10 years?? and the issue was for a debit card that has nothing to do with my credit!! Why do they lie just to get us out quicker??

Second time I have a problem here! At this point it's not a "Human error" it's more like they need to train their workers better especially the younger girl. Manager needs better customer service skills. If you get frustrated when a customer wants to solve an issue, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU!!! DO BETTER

The most stupidly slow bank. Hire more staff already, people don’t have hours to stand in line, just to make a withdrawal.

Lovely Jewish temple! Me and my Jewish family went there for Shabbat last week and had dinner with the Jewish rabbi. He explained to us several different ways to avoid being labeled anti-semites and taught us how to make more money by subverting westerners and stealing their stuff. Would not recommend going there

I long for the days of good customer service.I wanted to open an account, so I went to the bank. All the desks were empty, and there was a line of about 10 people. So while I was waiting, I thought I’d call and maybe get through faster. I watched as one of the tellers answered my call, then put me on hold. Meanwhile, a person behind her busied herself with counting money. When I finally got to the head of the line, I asked why I had been put on hold instead of being answered by someone who wasn’t busy with a customer. It wasn’t the money counter’s job to answer calls. And why were all the desks empty? Because there were no appointments that day and they had all gone home. Can I open an account? I would have to make an appointment. When is the soonest appointment? Next week. I told her to forget it. I will open an account with a bank that makes themselves available.It used to be that banks waited on customers and tried their best not to inconvenience them. This bank apparently believes that it is more profitable to cut back on staff and make their customers endlessly wait until a time when it is most convenient for THEM.

Why is the Center street branch closed today. It says it's due to the hot weather? But you have air conditioning. I get so tired of wasting my gas to drive there only to find it's closed, for a ridicilous reason
