USPS broke my rice cooker and after 3 different insurance claim attempts( with photos, receipts, and proof of value) they still denied it! Horrible service.

Building is COMPLETELY closed to the public after business hours! If you drop your outgoing packages/mail here, it will NOT be in transit within a day. Not even open on Saturdays. ?????
