“This is the best postal office in Salem. There might be a wait, but the service is friendly and helpful. The best part is the stamps display! You can look and see all the stamps currently on offer. One of my favorite baby shower gifts - thank you cards, stamps, and a nice pen.”

“Mark is the best, one day at 6:00 an hour after closing he was out in the parking lot pulling weeds. He is friendly, great at his job and I appreciate his hard work.”

“All three ladies that worked there are So much help and very professional by far my favorite post office to go to. They do not deserve the work conditions that they are working in though AC is out and it’s hotter in the building than it is outside. Someone send them help please”

“I had some trouble trying to locate my package I contacted corporate and quickly received a call from Nate. He informed me it hadn't arrived at his location yet. He also offered some suggestions for the next place to look. 2 days after my original call I received another phone call from Nate he made me aware it was out for delivery that day! The follow-up call was way above and beyond what I expected. Very thankful for the assistance throughout the process and attention to detail!!!”

“This location is top tier. The parking is easy to get in and out of, the inside is spacious. Though, the best part is the staff. Very helpful people who don’t make you feel dumb if you are clueless about something and are thorough with instruction. I also witnessed an employee kindly assisting an elderly person who accidentally locked her keys in her car. Most people would say tough luck these days.”

“This is the saddest Post Office of all. To clarify, this isn't a full-service Post Office, but sort of an annex where undelivered mail and packages go to be picked up (or not) later. The highlight is the lobby with one large empty wall save for two photos of dubious provenance in mismatched frames. Adjacent to this wall is a Dutch door that only opens when you ring the bell. A peek on the other side reveals a RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK style warehouse where all the misplaced or undelivered parcels go. Hand your slip to the worker and they close the door and disappear. Hopefully, they return with your package or letter. They always have for me, anyway.

Parking lot is small. Arrive early.”
