Lately-the past 2 months our mail is not being delivered or is really late. Our mailman. I believe is or was, Tim he was great. What happened???? I have a really important (extremely important) package that was supposed to be delivered today and no mail was delivered today. You can’t get answers. I’m livid. Pissed off 😡. I’m beyond pissed off.

An employee threatened to call the cops on me for stealing people's mail. I was bringing back mail that the delivery man kept putting in my box by mistake.

Dropped off 3 packages on a Saturday in the self service dropoff. It took them until Tuesday afternoon to process 2 of them, and apparently they lost the 3rd as it has never been scanned. Not sure how it takes 2 business days to process packages that are in your possession. Thanks for causing me to miss my shipping deadlines.

In this post Office, there is a One lady all the time she’s on the front desk she’s aggressive rude person. She never likes the customer. She never listen to the customer. She never helpful for the customer. She all the time have a bad attitude, aggressive, fast, talking, and skip the customer go away. I don’t know why the owner Keep her in that post office she supposed to be fired and terminated.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I am beyong angry. I put my apartment number in my delivery address plain as day. My mailbox number was on there, too. The usps says mailbox numbers are not part of the shipping address. You would think it would still get to the right spot but they didn't deliver it to me. Then they marked it delivered. Now they are saying it is out of their hands and they cannot help me. I want to curse at them. Their service is unacceptable.

The WORST post office I've ever encountered. First, my packages were stolen and they had no answers. Then I moved and filed a change of address TWICE but they never forwarded my mail! You try to call their local number and they NEVER pick up!

Starting to get real tired of our mail not being delivered!!!! If it comes at all. Which many times it never get delivered even though the App says we have things to be delivered and will arrive TODAY!!! Yet no mail at all. And when it does come its starting to be later and later, now we don't get mail untill after 7PM .. 7 AT NIGHT!!!! If they even show up. This has gotten to become ridiculous. West Salem post office really needs to step up their game and do better. This has become an ongoing problem. It's currently 525 PM still waiting for my mail that the App said would be delivered YESTERDAY!!! And now the Banks are closed. West Salem USPS sucks!!!

It is 8:20 pm and mail has not been delivered which really disappoints me me considering informed delivery says I have a check that suppose to be there. Flag is still up for out going mail.
