It’s not the same post office as before! There were two employees waiting on everyone. They were courteous and very helpful to all.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and I called this location for assistance. They answered the phone right away. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and helpful and they were able to track down my package and he had the mail man bring it to me within 30 minutes. He also gave me a call back to let me know. Great customer service. Thank you!

A letter was attempted for delivery at our home, but the postage amount was 46 cents more than the stamp. So we received a slip telling us to pick up the letter and pay the 46 cents.
The slip mentioned that it would be available the next day at 11 AM the next day.
I arrived the next day at 1:45 PM and the letter was not there. The person working took my name and phone number.
The next I went back and still no letter. About an hour later I received a call that they found the letter. I drive back and pick up the letter. I asked the person working if they were going to wave the 46 cents since I had went back three times and was told no. I had the 46 cents on me and paid it with no issue. I was just curious if they were going to wave it. I had no issues with the workers. They were doing there job.

Listen, when packages end up here it’s normally cause there was a problem with delivery. Our mail box was broken into and took months to replace, I have been here many times to retrieve mail and packages. Yes, it feels a little unwelcoming there but legally they have to keep that door closed unless someone is actively helping a customer. And every single individual that has worked that window for me has been LOVELY. The people here cannot help most of the shipping logistical issues.

Please be aware that Google Maps will direct you to this location as though it is a post office but you cannot mail anything from this location unless you already have postage attached to it. No Retail Services at all are available.

Horrible experience. Going here and dealing with the usps is like being treated like you're the bottom of the pecking order in a toxic work environment.... but you're the customer. Blows my mind. Defund the USPS.
