United States Postal Service

USPS, Post Offices , Shipping Centers
Hours: The United States Postal Service location described by the reviews offers generally helpful and courteous service, though experiences vary. Customers appreciate the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist, especially when tracking down lost packages or resolving issues. One reviewer noted that staff members were very helpful and quick to deliver a misplaced package within 30 minutes of contact, demonstrating good customer service. Others mentioned that employees are always polite and do their best to help with problems, even if they cannot resolve all logistical issues. However, there are some concerns about the environment and processes. The facility can feel unwelcoming due to security measures like keeping the door closed unless actively assisting customers. Some customers experienced delays or confusion with package delivery, such as having to return multiple times to retrieve mail or pay extra postage. A note about the location’s limited services was made, mentioning that it cannot accept mail for sending unless postage is already attached, and it does not offer retail services. Additionally, there are discrepancies in hours of operation between the USPS website and actual opening times, causing some inconvenience. Overall, while staff members are friendly and helpful, some customers find the environment and processes challenging, especially when dealing with lost mail, delivery issues, or limited services.
