This store is extremely busy. I walked in and they told me I needed an appointment. I asked about wait time for an appointment that day, they said could be up to 2hr wait. I called a different store in McMinnville and got right in.

It started with Jacob, the manager on duty, trying to hit on the customer he was helping. We were watching from across the room. It was horribly unprofessional. It was so obvious that my husband heard him ask her for her age and where she worked. What do either of these things have to do with fixing a phone? Next, Robert, the person helping us, kept walking away from us, and helping other people. What happened to finishing one customer before starting the next one? I don't think that is too much to ask. When my husband went to ask another associate, Savannah, for assistance because Robert seemed to be unavailable, she refused to acknowledge my husband. Instead she pointed to Robert to get his attention. We have had her help us in the past and my husband went to her for that reason. Is there some reason why she couldn't have politely explained why she couldn't help my husband at that moment? Later, Robert passed us off to a Samsung representative on the phone and couldn't get us out of the store fast enough. We still did not have our issue completely resolved. The store was closing and he wanted to leave. The customer service was quite poor. We will NOT be returning again. We USED to go across town to Victra wireless. They will be getting our business again. Verizon is terrible!!

It’s not specific to this store but Verizon is very shady when it comes to leaving their service. They want you to sign up for online billing. Then after years of service you leave because the bill just got so outrageous, they removed 1/2 of discount said ya it’s just policy. I transferred services and they offered me the original discount to come back. Then after the service was removed they cut off all access to our online account. I couldn’t see any of our billing statements. Nothing they won’t let you log in at all. Then they waited a month after the service was disconnected and used my prior authorization for auto pay for the bill to pay my final bill, without mailing me a final bill. They cut off my online access so even if they sent me an online copy I wouldn’t have received notification of it because they removed my access. So surprise $250 less in your checking. When I called customer service to inquire, but because I didn’t have a Verizon line I got an automated your phone number isn’t found with Verizon thank you, goodbye. Line disconnected. I’m so beyond done with such shady business practice.

Worked with Jake and he was wonderful. Very nice and knowledgeable. Will go to that store again just because of him. People like him are the reason I stay with verizon.

Absolutely amazing! Savannah spent hours with me working on my account. We finally figured out the issue. She was very respectful, nice and helpful the whole time. So thankful!

The store members are unhelpful at best. They stand around and do nothing. If you have an actual problem, they tell you to call Customer Care. Customer Care, transfers you to someone in the Philippines out of know fault of their own mess up something on your account . Verizon has been very disappointing.

Highly recommend asking for Jake to help! He went above & beyond taking the time to help our family, even past the closing time. Very grateful for the service we received, and he is the best Verizon representative we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you again, Jake! You rock!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jake! He spent an inordinate amount of time with my husband and I recently when we purchased new phones and IPad! And he’s made himself available a number times to help this tech challenged senior ‘figure out’ my new phone! He is quite an asset to Verizon!

We went to the Verizon store yesterday to ask about our plan and hopefully cutting some cost to it. We had the best customer service we have ever had with Jake. Jake took the time to explain so many things to us. He acknowledged other customers, but he made us feel like we were his main priority and he was there to help in any way possible. We walked out with 3 new phones and 2 IPads and an amazing monthly bill. If you don’t know much about cell phones, but need a trustworthy person to help you navigate your phone, phone choices, and the bill…go see Jake. Thank you Jake for your phenomenal customer service and for taking the time with us yesterday.
