Walgreens is a business that is known for its friendly and positive staff, who are always smiling and eager to assist customers. The store has come a long way since the reviewer first started shopping there, with the exception of the occasional issue with homeless individuals loitering on the premises. The pharmacy, however, has faced some challenges, with closures for breaks or meal times, as well as earlier closing times and weekend closures, which can be inconvenient for those in need of their medication. Despite these issues, the store is generally busy and the staff remains calm and helpful, though stock shortages can be a frustration.
They do not answer the phone in the pharmacy. Was on hold for over an hour as the “second caller” ANSWER THE PHONE!!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Salem. They’re not open half the time due to staffing issues. I’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes at the window for the clerk to find my prescription. I think I’m going to go to another pharmacy. These guys are horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing.
