Horrible non existent customer service. We waited in line from 11:35 until noon. When we got to the teller, he said they were closed. We explained we were in line for a long time but he said he only saw one white car. Basically the red truck in front of us and us; were SOL. Shame on you Wells Fargo!

I went there with a check that was written on a Wells Fargo Bank account. They refused to cash the check. What a way to stand behind the accounts of their business. Will never do business with them. They would not even look up the check customer to see if funds were available.

Definitely a Bank that doesn't understand how much time is Valuable,waiting for over 1 hour,not just one's but all the time , I will recommend Maps credit union ?

Ridiculously long lines while there are tellers standing around and they'll treat you like a criminal for any and every transaction you try to complete.

Expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes minimum. Most tellers are inexperienced as well. The manager is a glorified greeter. Instead of greeting people, he needs to work the counter to relieve the long line.

This place is a joke. One hour waiting in line to deposit one check. Tellers having long conversations with customers that had nothing to do with the transaction even though there was a long line of people waiting.
