Went to the drive thru to pay my credit card bill. A voice on the speaker said I would be helped in a moment. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. I left and won't be going back. Horrible customer service.

Horrible non existent customer service. We waited in line from 11:35 until noon. When we got to the teller, he said they were closed. We explained we were in line for a long time but he said he only saw one white car. Basically the red truck in front of us and us; were SOL. Shame on you Wells Fargo!
