Ace Heritage Hardware is a locally owned store that is part of a global chain of over 5,000 Ace stores. The store offers a convenient shopping experience with a good selection of products for hardware, gardening, remodeling, and household needs. The staff is generally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, always ready to assist customers with their project needs and ensure they have everything required to complete their jobs. Many customers appreciate the helpful service, especially when remodeling or working on projects. The store also features some good deals, such as affordable lodge pans and recreation passes, making it a practical choice for everyday items. However, not all reviews are positive; some customers have experienced poor treatment, feeling belittled or unwelcome, which has affected their overall experience. Despite these concerns, the store remains a neighborhood hub for those seeking hardware, gardening supplies, and remodeling assistance, with many customers recommending it for its helpful staff and product variety.
