“About 6 months ago, I bought a new 2025 Bronco Heritage at a different dealership. I’ve had some issues dealing with my original selling dealership. This is the 12th new vehicle I’ve bought with 11 being Fords. Mt service advisor was. Steven Bloom and he went out of his way to exceed my expectations. I have significant mobility issues and he did a great job accommodating me including bringing my Bronco to the nearest door to where I was sitting and even gave me a hand up from the chair. The service was fine, but Steven was just an exceptional human. Just what we need these days”

“This has been my Les Schwab Tire Center for 12 years, and I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations over the almost 4 decades I have been a customer. But this location stands above all the others. Maybe it's me, but I find when you go into the store with a good attitude, the energy you project gets absorbed by the people serving you and it reflects in the pride and quality of their work. I truly feel like family at this location. I've heard bad attitudes about the company from one person's experience here and there...and in each case, I could tell that the person really was someone who wasn't happy unless they found something to complain about. Makes me wonder how many bad reviews or experiences are about the person, not the service. We gain what we give.

“My car was hit while I was in it by a town bus in Lincoln city, luckily their insurance covered it all and everything went smoothly. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and very nice, the lady in the front desk made sure to advocate for me in terms of getting a rental car. My car is back to looking brand new and the paint job looks great. They also cleaned the inside and outside which I'm also super pleased about. It was a minor accident, but it was very stressful. I'm happy I decided to come here to get my car looking pretty again!”

“I just received my Ford F-350 Super Duty last night after a 6 month wait from the factory. I don't know about the negative reviews I've seen, but I bypassed two Ford dealerships much closer to home (I live in Washougal) in order to deal with Suburban. My first day when my wife and I went we dealt with George Zanotelli about what we could order and what we could get for trade-in. Both he and the young man that helped were totally transparent and showed how they got the numbers. They were also very helpful in picking out options and gave good input on the black package I wanted. George kept in touch with progress and got me the Ford site to follow progress. When I was finally able to pick up the truck last evening, the gentleman that helped me (George was called away) was also great. When it came time to do the financials, Mark Laber, the finance manager, gave me a fair price for my trade-in and gave me no pressure on options. The whole experience is everything I look for in auto or truck purchase!”

“I want to recognize the front office staff, specifically Angie (hopefully spelled correctly) for being incredibly nice, understanding, and willing to work with me to get the contents of my vehicle today.
Angie was super polite, explained the process and even gave me ideas and tips for reaching out to my finance company (previously, not in person today) to try and get things worked out in regards to the tow, the overall bill, and what the game plan is for getting my truck back. Its a complete loss unfortunately and I was uninsured (jeez, im and idiot) so the process isnt as straight forward as it could be. But Angie was beyond helpful, communicative, and worked with me throughout everything so far. She is truly a Gem of a person!
I didnt get to choose All Ways Towing, it was called in for me, but given the chance I need a tow when im in their service area, I definitely know who to call!”
