“Naomi and Samuel are amazing!!! I received a letter from the IRS that they did not receive our 2023 Tax Return and we needed to send them confirmation of delivery. I only had the date and dollar amount of the usps purchase for mailing in the tax return. They both went above and beyond! They researched extensively and found all of the tracking from Estacada to Cincinnati and the signed delivery confirmation! What a blessing...I am truly grateful!
