“Great service, even quicker now that they've gone to the handheld device that skips the walk to and from the office. The guy at the gate that checks for damage on your empties is always friendly and somehow not only remembers you personally but somehow remembers your truck number, company you work for, and truck number, etc.- even after months of not being there. Impressive”
“I wasn’t expecting an auto part store to also be a hub for UPS, but there it is. These guys were so nice and helpful. They taped my box closed and taped the label on for me without telling me I needed to buy tape. I have had to do that in other places, so it was refreshing for a change to receive excellent customer service like back in the day. Keep up the most excellent work guys…???”
“Had a unique fraudulent order that gave us some trouble and we assumed this warehouse was another fraudulent freight forwarder diverting goods. Called the number available spoke with a gentleman at OIA who was not only unbelievably calm through my frustration but was able to locate our goods prior to it leaving the country and it is being returned. Our company is fortunate that OIA does try to avoid dealing with fraudulent buyers and in our opinion is aboveboard on all levels. I would have rated 5 stars even if our good were not recovered as they did what was right and went the extra mile to to help protect a US vendor from overseas fraud.”

“My experience has always been pleasant and positive at this post office 🏤. Sometimes, there may be 4 or 5 people in line, but it usually goes pretty quickly. I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly each time (which is usually once or twice per week). However I have witnessed a few rude customers now and then.”
