“Absolutely blown away with the customer service! My best friend and I visited the PNW from Wisconsin in October and came across the store. When we arrived home I placed a relatively large order with our favorites. When it arrived I opened it and was greeted with a hand written note saying that a portion of my order was running behind. No big deal at all- however to make up for it they included extra wax melts in some amazing scents! Totally unexpected and very appreciated. The other part of my order came today and I couldn't be happier. Definitely will be a customer for life and can't wait to come back.”
