“The owner is truly lovely. Her shop is fabulous, reasonably priced, clean (every single thing is clean even though much of it is vintage or antique), and there is also a clearance section in the back with lots of different items worth checking! I had the pleasure of conversing with the owner for over an hour while I shopped. She is so knowledgeable about fashion throughout the decades, we mainly talked about 2000s athleisure and yogawear. She helped me find a few things I came in looking for. I was even able to find Lululemon shorts that were in perfect condition and my size, priced for $15! I cannot recommend this shop enough and the owner is so nice and honest. Her thrift store is curated yet still very reasonably priced and it is much more thoughtful and sustainable than Goodwill or Value Village. This would be a great place to buy a teenager new clothes as they start to develop their style and fashion. Personally, I am coming here again next time I need more athleisure or anything else! And I look forward to returning! 🙂”

The buyer has impeccable taste--the store has great quality brands at multiple price points. Every time I go in, I am more impressed. And they gift wrap for free. The last gift I purchased, the employee wrapped the gift in the most thoughtful and special way. The recipient was so touched and so was I. “Hands down my favorite consignment store in Vancouver. Shawna is such a gem of a store owner. She has an eye for unique pieces of clothing, being selective and chosing gems to sell. I always get compliments on my clothes and the majority of them are from LB! Great for women and children, and a nice place for a gift card too for a baby shower. I always feel at home shopping here. “Very good customer service. I was greeted upon coming in. As I shopped, the gal would come and get my clothes and put them in a designated fitting room. As I was trying on clothes, she would check in. She would get different sizes and gave her opinion when asked. The only other time I have had this good of customer service is when I shopped Nordstroms. At checkout, they ordered what wasn't in my size and I was happy to take several outfits home. I am also happy to support a local business.”

Rushed or judged or like an inconvenience to the staff. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and attentive we were able to purchase 6 pairs of pants for back to school without a melt down. Our cashier was also very friendly despite some stress added to them by a random child playing hide and seek behind the counter and no additional staff available to help while the line was stacking up behind us.”

I am a swimmer and teach water exercise classes and
I have to try samples of shampoo because of my fine hair, which is fragile and often gets weighed down when the shampoo is too heavy with conditioners.
Some shampoo and conditioners actually make my hair look greasy.
The price of the shampoo and conditioners have increased substantially as all things have.. so I save Sephora a ton of money and product by getting a sample rather than buying a whole bottle of shampoo and conditioner and then RETURNING it when it doesn't work on my hair ?
And Sephora has to throw it away in the dumpster..and give me a refund!

“Hi savvy shoppers ross dress for less I'm a big fan of everything they sell!!!! I've been getting clothes shorts and button shirts at one of their stores for years and years and only at ross dress for less!!!! And it's the only retailer I buy kitchen knives great deals on very sharp high quality cutlery yes there is..... I've been going to this store last five years not often enough i use to live closer to the one by Vancouver mall and if Hazel dell doesn't have what I'm looking to purchase over to the one by the Vancouver mall I go but luckily this one has been consistent in having what I'm hunting for....I've not yet ventured to the one on Mill plain but one of these days soon i will.... All of the stores have a bit of furniture and wall coverings and just about anything else you might need....Every time I buy anything at other department stores I kick meself why didn't i check ross dress for less first. Hopefully this review will remind me to do so before I go to another kind of retailer!!!! The employees have always been nice and helpful and there's senior discount Tuesdays which is the best day for shopping at ross dress for less because there's new stock and on Mondays they start sale prices on most if not all of the products they sell.... So seniors go save some money on Tuesdays and the rest of you save some money every time compared to other retailers and you'll be getting great quality and even better savings yes you will!!!!

“Wow!!! The attention to detail was outstanding!! I had two wedding dresses, one was vintage with lots and lots of layers of lace, the dress was two sizes too big. Once it was altered it fit me perfectly. I am so grateful for the amazing job she’s done on both dresses. The price was more than fair, and the quality was truly unmatched!”
