“Absolute professionals. Quickly confirmed a space after I was put behind one person on a wait list, whom they called and then called me back shortly after. Came in the next day after they gave me a day to get there for it, no problem, and showed me the space, then painlessly took care of renting it to me. Very pleasant and easy to talk to and ask questions! Thanks for the service!”

“Great prices and super nice. Only one person there so make sure to call before you go to make sure they are available. They will show you the u it’s which are very nice and help with any questions. Even let me schedule a time to come by. Heated and roomy. Paved roads for easy access for all vehicles. Recommend to anyone.”

“Extremely pleased! The 10x15' unit was very clean and spacious with very tall ceilings. When I first went to check it out, the door wouldn't open. (Later found out it had been newly painted) I was worried and replied to the text I had received to confirm my purchase of the unit. Within an hour I had received a text and 2 phone calls to let me know they had resolved the problem. Management was very kind and helpful! We were able to back a 20' uhail down the side lane fairly easily. Also, being able to rent and schedule a move out online was super convenient. I would certainly use Safe and Sound storage again and highly recommend.”

“We had the very best experience here. From rentals being available immediately online, to auto pay, to trouble shooting and move out, this facility is professional, prompt, secure and friendly. We never had a single issue in the 3 years we rented a unit from them. We moved out of the area but we wish every business could be this wonderful.”
