“Went in on a nasty cold day with a dog that had been traumatized all his short life and was scared to be in public. The VERY awesome lady working helped Sammy (my rescue doodle doo) and I find a nice warm sweatshirt. We got treats and walked out very calm and happy. It meant a lot to us!”
