River Inn at Seaside is a nice place in the heart of the city, within walking distance to everything including the beach, food, and shopping. It serves as a good base camp. The facilities are old and outdated, even kinda run down, but the rooms are very clean, comfortable, and the beds are nice and comfortable, which guests appreciated. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff provide nice service, with management noted as really great. A free breakfast is offered daily, described as good, decent, and a pleasant surprise with options like waffles, yogurt, bagels, sausage gravy, and fruit, though some found it just okay. The hotel features a game room, a clean pool and jacuzzi, and two fire pits turned on nightly. A little playground and balcony views of the dock and river are nice perks. While some issues like room problems can happen, the staff's helpful and charismatic response positively impacts the experience. Many guests would stay again, recommend the place, and plan to return.
The place was nice we loved our stayed we will be back Clayton is the best i will keep coming back as long as he there! We didn’t eat breakfast maybe next time the only thing I would change is comfortable chair to sit in to play games Beds were nice and comfortable.
