WorldMark Seaside is a popular vacation spot known for its excellent location and friendly service. The facility offers good rooms and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Its central position near the Lewis and Clark statue, aquarium, and main street with candy shops and souvenirs makes it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Guests enjoy the hot tub and swimming pool, especially when they can find some quiet time without many children, although during peak times like spring break, the place can get crowded and noisy. The nightlife can be lively, with horns honking late into the night, sometimes sounding quite loud and scary. The rooms are generally clean, and staff are friendly, but some guests feel that certain amenities like Wi-Fi and TV upgrades are outdated. During busy periods, there may be limited elevators, which can be difficult for elderly or disabled guests. Guests appreciate the fun activities available, especially for children, but some have concerns about safety, such as objects thrown from balconies. The location allows for walkability along the beach boardwalk and nearby shopping and food options. Some guests have experienced issues with charges and room assignments, particularly for owners who expect better accommodations and service. Others mention that the check-in process and sales presentations can be uncomfortable or high-pressure. Overall, while many enjoy their stay and recommend the location, some caution against getting involved in timeshare sales or expecting perfect service every time. Despite minor inconveniences, visitors find WorldMark Seaside a good place to stay with plenty of activities and a prime location for exploring the area.
WorldMark Seaside is a beautiful facility with excellent service and an ideal location. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, but never, never, never allow yourself to get deceived into buying into a timeshare.

Somewhat of a good view of the beach/ocean. No air conditioning so open the windows for cool air (when the windows are open you can hear all the noise from the pool area though). Good service and I liked the rooms. Right next to the Lewis and Clark statue, and near the aquarium and main street with candy shops and souvenirs.

Honestly, I'd rather sleep in the 100k campers vans outside the joint
