We stayed at Ocean Pearl up above Seaside for a few nights in January. Everything from reservations to check in went smoothly. They even accommodated our last-minute early check-in when we arrived in a downpour!! The place was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Absolutely will be back!

We spent 12/28/2025 - 12/31/2025 at 361 S. Prom Unit 503. It is a great 2 bedroom unit, clean and comfy with oceanfront view. It was a relaxing vacation for us and our 8 years old. Everything went smooth and Seaside Vacation Homes was friendly and professional.
