  The HELOC process was painfully slow. We had to keep on them to keep things moving along. Zero communication and follow up on their part. We’ve dealt with a number of banks and never have we had such a bad experience. Go elsewhere.

  The ladies that work here have some kind of attitude problem or just don't like where they work. Just rude and unfriendly maybe a little work on the customer service. If my significant other and I didn't need to cash work checks here we would never come in.
