They didn't stop or leave any stones unturned until they fixed the issue on my Jeep. I lived an hour away, and they made SURE I had a way home, AND didn't leave me stranded. I had the assistance for the amount of time it took to repair.Cass even after we repair followed up a cpl of times to make sure all was well.The cost of repair was more than reasonable.And then some. “I'v been in Shady Cove for 6 years and have nothing negative to say about Chuck. He has worked on my two cars from oil changes to brake jobs and has always been professional and knowledgeable. I'm sure one can find a repair shop with better prices, but not having to travel a ways to get my serviced, has monetary value for sure. And if you are an impatient person, I suggest Mac's diner across the street. Great place to hang out while you wait”
