“I was so impressed by the customer service that Duane provided to me.
I called for a serpentine belt and he had one. I tried to pay for it over the phone since I live in Central Point.
They don't take payments over the phone, and he let my coworker pick up the belt and asked me to come in and pay for it once my truck was fixed, which I did.

“Crawled in with a flat, all the way from just pass Lake of the Woods. I needed the closest tire shop, but I found the best, in White City. Nicest guys working there. Great service, great tires. I was in and out with 4 new tires, 3 mounted, all in under an hour (I was already on the spare before, so my truck rim was laying down at home). All 3 remaining tires had patches and on this trip into Medford, one was going flat and I could not patch it again, was barely holding 10psi. Every mile or two I had to pull off the road and refilled to get that 10 psi in it. I'm so happy I found this shop. I will go out of my way to return there again and will recommend any one to use this shop.Thanks again guys. God bless you all.”

I drive a Mercedes-Benz and I because I think they would know their car and give me and inkling of what's going on. But no they pretend like they've never heard anything like this before. But their bureaucracy is so slow and they do nothing to ease your mind.
I don't mean to be talking about Mercedes so much but Wolf Performance is the exact opposite. They make you feel like they understand your stress. And they make you feel like they know what to look at.”
