The original repair was done very professionally and well. However, a small mistake was made the first time around, which is to be expected with a complex job like the one I paid them to do. All it took was a simple phone call, and chris welcomed my car back with open arms, no questions asked, and warrantied the mistake. The problem was rectified for no additional cost and was done so efficiently and with great communication. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs and sort of maintenance work done. You will not be upsold and you will know exactly what services you will be receiving and how much you’ll be paying. These guys are the real deal, hard working, and honest mechanics you want working on your vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to this shop if ever I need complex maintenance again.”

“Trustworthy doesn’t even begin to describe Tony. I’ve been bringing all of our vehicles to his shop for 22 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very reasonably priced.
He used to be located in SE Portland, and I still drive from Southeast Portland to see him because his shop can dial in an alignment better than the computerized machines at the dealership. That says everything.
Don’t be surprised if he starts asking detailed questions when you call to book an appointment, that’s just who he is. More than once he’s diagnosed an issue over the phone just by asking the right routine questions. For example, I thought I needed an alignment, but after talking it through, he helped me realize it was actually a tire issue. He saved me time, money, and an unnecessary service. That level of honesty is rare.
As a woman, I’ve unfortunately experienced being talked down to or overcharged at other shops. That has never happened here. Tony is straightforward, respectful, and genuinely wants to do what’s right. If something doesn’t need to be done, he won’t do it, and he won’t charge you.
This guy deserves more than a five-star rating. Thank you, Tony, for being someone we can trust for over two decades. We miss you in Portland.”

“We hit some flying debris on the road and my insurance company directed me to CC in Tualatin .
I took Jeep into them for an estimate , Alex came out to greet me and Dona walk around on the jeep.
He did the estimate which was more the fair $$ and said if I wanted I could leave it with them that day to get started WOW they even made arrangements for me to be taken home
Alex was a cool pro 👍 kept me posted continually with the progress and process as well he kept the insurance company updated!

“I found Oregon Auto Spring Services about a year ago. I needed some leaf spring bushings that I couldn't find in a kit anywhere that worked with my axle swaps in my CJ5. I stopped by here hoping they could help. They had the bushings in stock and at a price I loved. They also had great advice for me on getting my setup correct.
I finally got to install my new axle shims and needed longer leaf spring center bolts. Again, nowhere to be found through the auto parts suppliers or were weeks out. Stopped by OASS and they had them, quite a few on hand stated by the gentleman that helped me and at a price that can not be beat.
With there advice and parts, I now have a fully complete axle swap and leaf spring bushings.
I love this company. Thank you to everybody at OASS.

“Great shop. I brought a truck with over 200k miles to them with a fairly serious issue with it, and they got it fixed in a timely manner. Drove 1000’s of miles the day after they returned it with no issues. While they did go alittle over the quote and alittle over the estimated completion date, my truck presented some issues only known after taking it apart, so I dont fault them for it, and they updated me promptly throughout the process. Would take my car back to them.”

Their customer service was awesome! They got right on the problem, and another part was on its way within a couple days. They even waived the $10 fee usually charged in this situation!
