“This place is awesome! They saved me a couple of months ago from a bogus estimate firestone quoted me, that would've been 1200$ and today I needed to buy a battery, which lead me to and auto parts store and they couldn't do it. I called premiere and they had me in and done within 15 min! This is a place you can trust. No BS. Very refreshing especially when you don't know much about cars and its easy to take advantage of. These guys DO NOT.”

“I've taken my 2010 Honda Odyssey here a few times for repair. These guys seem very honest and straightforward. I called around a few times to get quotes from other shops on the repairs I needed and their prices were right in line with other shops. They have never charged me more than what they quoted and they have always finished work on my car on the day they said they would.
I've been to several auto shops around town that I was unhappy with. It's really nice to find an honest straightforward shop with fair prices.
I usually deal with Jeremy when I call or pick up/ drop off my van. He is very friendly and does a great job of fully explaining what they have done to fix my van and why they had to do it.”

“Love Brian and his crew. From the moment I called to the finished repairs I was treated as if my vehicle was the most important thing on their schedule. They worked with me on my payments and treated me with respect. Today is my second visit to finish up repairs. Brian was referred by other mechanics and folks in the auto trade which says something about the integrity and quality of work they provide. Just wanted to revisit my review for Brian & the team at Henderson's. Still #1 in my book and still a stellar 5 star business. Something new & nifty, I now receive an email containing my inspection report with Urgent & Cautionary recommendations for my auto care and no pressure discussion about what services I as the customer want performed. No surprise charges or unauthorized repairs and I have actually saved $$. I also receive an itemized invoice for my records which is so important. I am a huge fan!! I continue to recommend them to everyone I can.❤️ Tell Brian that Jerilyn recommended them”

With ice storm warnings looming, I started to panic—I rely on my car for early morning commutes in the dark. Thankfully, John at Beaverton Carmax referred me to Rachel at Aamco. She listened to my situation with a sympathetic ear. Even though they were fully booked for the following Monday, she managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule for diagnostics and repairs. Martin was great at explaining to me the inner workings of my car, but not in a condescending or scolding way most auto mechanics typically speak to me. Both Martin and Carla are easy to communicate with and kind. I needed a new drive belt, oil change, and alignment and felt like I paid a reasonable price and had it back within hours.”

“I stopped by the Jiffy Lube on Highway 99 today to have my oil and tires checked, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, efficient, and professional.
I was helped by William, and he truly went above and beyond. He was professional, kind, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was being checked and why. There was absolutely no pressure—just straightforward, honest service, which I really appreciate. William made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and his positive attitude genuinely stood out.
One of the things I love most about this location is how convenient it is that you can stay in your car while the work is being done. I had my dog with me, which made this especially important, and it was such a relief not to have to juggle waiting areas or worry about him at all. The whole visit was truly easy in and easy out.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and clearly run by a team that takes pride in what they do. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, and the efficiency of the team was impressive without ever feeling rushed.
