“Such an amazing place, so grateful that this exist so close to Beaverton. They offer an amazing service to the community. Had to do a head gasket replacement over several days on my stang and was a bit apprehensive at first. So glad I decided to come here. They worked with me to get a time slot and even moved other folks around (to other bays/time slots) so that I could complete the project in time. The folks running this place are professional, generous and sincerely want to help you complete the job safety. Doug keeps the place in immaculate condition, all the tools are pristine and work amazingly well. Every bay has a lift and various jacks which you can choose to use or not. They are so friendly, they even helped me push/park my car up a slope, brought in air-conditioners to keep us cool in the heat, offered us water and even let us use their jacks/tools. Had a real really stuck nut on my exhaust headers, which I could not remove with an impact. Thanks to Doug/Dave and their expertise, they brought their air hammer which solved the issue. Doug sets up the lift for you and makes sure your car is balanced, and goes over how to use them. They are really easy to use after that and makes working under your car a breeze without having to break your back and be done 10x faster. Thanks to them I was able to complete the job confidently - as I felt like they had my back and would be able to solve any issue that I ran up against. I only wish I knew about this place earlier. They saved me a ton of money. Once you go here, you will not go anywhere else. Place deserves 5/5 stars.”

After having their toyota expert test and investigate my issue, they were able to resolve my car issue with cleaning my EGR valve. Problem solved. “Our salesman Cruz was very responsive to inquiries and very honest with car assesment regading whether the previous owner had smoked in the car. My wife and I drove down from near Seattle to test drive before deciding to buy. No real back and forth between salesperson and manager Nick because Nick just sat with us and made the whole negociation easy, which was a breath of fresh air considering how we've done car deals in the past. Max the business manager had all our signing forms ready immediately which was great. All totalled we were done and driving off in our new to us car in about 2 hours. Great trade-in value actually above what we expected and overall we couldn't be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend them if you're in the market for a high-end used vehicle, and no pressure buying.”

Service was done promptly and quickly as promised. No surprises. I shared an issue that doesn’t require immediate attention and they recommended I simply watch it for now, rather than suggesting inspection and repair.
