Please never change your in-person, positive approach in dealing with customers. AI is no replacement for feeling like your business matters. I opened my account decades ago at PTCC and have no plans for going anywhere!

“I’ve been a member for 13 years for a reason; Rivermark has always been amazing to deal with. I can move my money freely between accounts without fees or charges, and the staff has always been incredibly helpful. I recently had to deal with pursuing a chargeback for $1,200 on my debit card, something I was told by other people would be impossible. Rivermark fought for me and I got my money back. I’m only knocking a star off because they outsource their fraud detection overseas, which can be cumbersome to deal with.”
