“Update: The people in the branch are very friendly and polite and explained that they're switching ATM providers and it's taking longer than expected. They accommodated me by letting me withdraw funds in person. Supposedly, I will get a card ordered and a confirmation when they happens. I'll update more then.Absolute Garbage for service. If you only have your mandatory vacation fund with them they won't let you withdraw funds in person. Instead they'll sell you an ATM card that never arrives. 4 different workers have sold me the ATM card now, but each time they fail to send it. And each time the next worker tells me that it wasn't ordered, but that they in fact will send it. I'm hoping that a poor rating and review will prompt them to follow up and do their job, but since we don't have the option of depositing our vacation funds elsewhere I'm not holding my breath.”
“I simply cannot say enough great things about NW preferred. Lyndsey Gossman gets it done! From commercial vehicle financing, to getting an additional credit card for the business that was not attached to my personal and finally getting my acquisition loan was all done seamless. With all the other turbulence of moving an office and acquiring another book of business NW preferred and Lyndsey were the one aspect of all variables that was consistent, diligent, right on time etc. etc. etc. If you are an insurance agent and you want to do business with someone who understands your business needs, look no further. Just call NW preferred and ask for the VIP services via Lyndsey Gossman. I know she was servicing lots of clients/apps and was sick and still never had an excuse, never missing a beat. “If you need a loan then Chris is your guy!! He is our loan guy and we have had the best experience. It’s our first loan and we had lots of questions for him. He was patient with us and was super helpful. Then when we went to buy the car the dealership’s Financial guy didn’t want us calling our loan guy and so things were kind of mixed up and such. But in the end Chris took care of everything and made us at ease! He is great!”
